The fund targets long-term capital growth along with providing substantial monthly cash payouts by investing 100% of its assets in Amazon stocks (AMZN). Income is generated through a covered call options strategy, which allows the writing of options on up to 50% of the shares held, depending on market conditions. While these options are typically at-the-money, the manager may also write out-of-the-money options when deemed necessary. This approach aims to manage risk and enhance returns, although it limits potential gains. A monthly review ensures that cash flow remains aligned with the distribution policy. Leverage is achieved through cash borrowings, which are capped at 25% of its net assets. The fund may also utilize derivatives to improve trading efficiency and support hedging strategies. In unfavorable market conditions, the manager can reallocate significant assets to cash or fixed income securities to protect capital.
