The index is a proprietary index that was created by the advisor to seek to provide long-term risk adjusted outperformance of the S&P 500 Index. The fund will generally invest substantially all, but at least 80%, of its net assets in component securities of the index. In seeking to track the index, the fund will generally invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to the weightings in the index.
