ABOUT THIS FUND

The fund's core objective is to achieve capital appreciation while simultaneously offering a degree of downside protection. Operating as an actively managed Exchange Traded Fund (ETF), it primarily allocates its capital to a concentrated selection of usually 40 to 50 U.S.-listed company shares. To mitigate potential declines, the fund acquires exchange-listed put options tied to various broad market indices or ETFs that reflect the overall performance of the U.S. stock market. Typically, a minimum of 80% of the fund's net assets, alongside any capital borrowed for investment, will be dedicated to equity investments.
