The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a combination of financial instruments that are economically linked to elements necessary for the production of batteries and Battery Energy Storage Systems (“BESS”) used in the electric vehicle and solar industries. Such elements are currently lithium, nickel, copper and cobalt. It is non-diversified.
