ABOUT THIS FUND

The fund's core objective is to mirror the total return generated by high-yield corporate bonds. Crucially, this is achieved without the reception or reinvestment of dividend income, as its strategy involves direct investment in other exchange-traded funds (ETFs). To realize this, under standard market conditions, F/m Investments LLC (the Adviser) commits at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any capital acquired through borrowing) to these underlying funds, which primarily hold high-yield debt.
