ABOUT THIS FUND
FTHB actively manages a portfolio of fixed income securities aligned with Christian values. It focuses on income-producing securities such as US Treasurys, corporate debt issued by US and foreign companies, preferred securities, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities, and other securitized products. FTHB targets investment grade bonds with different maturities. Portfolio securities are selected based on fundamental, bottom-up research analyzing fundamentals, financial condition, and market positioning. Additionally, the sub-advisor and Colangelo College of Business have developed an internal rating system that screens for Christian values alignment. Issuers are evaluated across four theological pillarsfaith-driven stewardship, moral alignment, promoting social good, and long-term impact. It screens out companies involved in abortion, embryonic stem cell research, human cloning, human rights violations, pornography, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling.
