ABOUT THIS FUND

The fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (developed international equities excluding the U.S. and Canada), up to an upside cap of 16.19% before fees and expenses, while buffering against the first 15% of losses of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF over the outcome period running from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. The strategy uses FLEX Options rather than direct equity holdings, and the cap resets at the start of each new annual outcome period based on prevailing market conditions.
