This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) seeks to fulfill its investment objective by allocating substantially all its assets to options referencing the S&P 500 Price Index. The fund's strategy involves acquiring call options and simultaneously writing put options, which are based on either the S&P 500 index itself or an ETF designed to track it. These option positions are established on each designated "Initial Investment Day" and are structured to expire on the subsequent "Roll Date." It is important to note that the fund is non-diversified.
