This actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) employs a "fund of funds" approach, seeking to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in other registered investment companies. These "underlying funds" include both actively managed and index-based ETFs, collectively offering exposure to a wide spectrum of asset classes. The holdings of these underlying funds can comprise equity securities issued by U.S. or international companies, debt obligations from U.S. or foreign corporations or governments, and alternative instruments such as volatility indexes and managed futures.
