The fund is a non-diversified, actively managed ETF that seeks to generate high monthly income while seeking reduced downside risk through exposure to the Barclays Nasdaq-100 Accelerator Autocallable Index, gained via unfunded total return swaps rather than direct security ownership. The index reflects roughly 60 laddered synthetic autocallable notes referencing the Barclays US Tech Accelerator 6% Decrement Index, which applies 100%-400% variable leveraged exposure to Nasdaq-100 futures based on a 40% volatility target, with each note carrying a 4-year tenor, a 3-month non-call period, and a 70% coupon/maturity barrier.
