ABOUT THIS FUND

The investment objective of the trust is to track the performance of SOL, the native digital asset of the Solana blockchain, adjusted for the trust's expenses and other liabilities, and to reflect rewards from staking a portion of the trust's SOL. The trust is a passive investment vehicle that will hold SOL and will stake up to 100% of its holdings, with 95% of the gross staking rewards accruing to the trust's net asset value. The trust is not an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
