This exchange-traded fund (ETF) aims to replicate the gross returns, prior to fees and expenses, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "underlying ETF") over an approximate one-year period. It is designed with a predefined maximum return (the "Cap") and also offers a protective buffer against initial losses (the "Buffer").
