About Leverage Shares - 5x Nasdaq 100

The objective of the ETP Securities is to provide 5 times the value of the daily performance of Nasdaq-100 Index, net of fees and expenses. The ETP securities seek to pursue the 5x Long Nasdaq 100 Investment Strategy (the "Investment Strategy") which provides exposure to 5 times the daily performance of the Nasdaq-100 Index (the “Reference Asset”).
