ABOUT THIS FUND

RMME is an actively managed, government money market ETF under Rule 2a-7, investing at least 99.5% of assets in cash, US government securities, or repurchase agreements with strict maturity and liquidity requirements. It maintains a dollar-weighted average maturity 60 days, average life 120 days, at least 25% in daily and 50% in weekly liquid assets. The fund may hold government securities not fully backed by the US Treasury (e.g., Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac) and invests significantly in (mainly overnight) repurchase agreements. It does not maintain a stable $1 NAV, share values fluctuate. Not FDIC-insured and no sponsor guarantee.
