ABOUT THIS FUND
The ETF invests exclusively in Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Class A (NASDAQ: SPCX) and employs an active covered call writing strategy. SPCX operates as an aerospace manufacturer, launch service provider, and satellite communications company. It develops and operates the Starlink satellite constellation and builds artificial intelligence tools. The ETF aims to provide long-term capital appreciation and high monthly cash distributions, using leverage up to 25% of portfolio assets and selling calls on up to half of the portfolio. The upside potential is capped based on the call options written and may result in a drag on the portfolio in a rising market. However, the downside risk is cushioned up to the amount of premiums received. Up to 33% of portfolio assets may be loaned to reduce fund expenses.
