About Leverage Shares - -5x S&P 500

The objective of the ETP Securities is to provide -5 times the value of the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index, net of fees and expenses. The ETP securities seek to pursue the -5x Short S&P 500 Investment Strategy (the "Investment Strategy") which provides exposure to -5 times the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index (the “Reference Asset”).
