The Brinsmere Fund Conservative ETF (TBFC) is an actively managed "fund of funds" designed to achieve its investment objectives by strategically allocating capital across a globally diversified array of equity and bond markets. Its unique approach involves the systematic adjustment of its underlying holdings, guided by two distinct, proprietary strategies: SMB and CAAR. These methodologies, developed by the fund's investment adviser, The Milwaukee Company, operate entirely independently. Both SMB and CAAR are instrumental in systematically rebalancing the fund's underlying investments, a process rooted in a sophisticated framework of proprietary risk-management techniques.
