This Trust's primary objective is to mirror the market performance of BNB. Furthermore, it aims to generate potential income by staking a portion of its BNB assets. However, the Sponsor retains sole discretion in determining whether to engage in staking, doing so only if it can avoid significant legal or regulatory risks. A key consideration is safeguarding the Trust's eligibility as a grantor trust for U.S. federal income tax purposes. Any returns generated will be reported after accounting for the Trust's operational expenses.
