ABOUT THIS FUND
XLFX seeks to deliver 2x the daily performance of the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (Ticker: XLF) through the use of derivatives such as swaps and futures. The underlying fund provides exposure to financial companies within the S&P 500, including banks, insurance companies, consumer finance firms, mortgage REITs, and capital markets businesses. The fund rebalances its exposure daily and is designed to achieve its objective over a single trading day. Returns over periods longer than one day may differ significantly from twice the cumulative return of the underlying ETF because of daily compounding. XLFX may also obtain leveraged exposure through exchange-traded equity futures contracts and exchange-traded options contracts, including standardized call and put options. Cash, Treasury bills, and repurchase agreements may be held as collateral supporting the funds derivatives positions.
