Tidal Trust II - Defiance Daily Target 2x Long PM ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Tidal Investments LLC. It invests in public equity and fixed income markets. For its equity portion, the fund invests through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across consumer discretionary, consumer discretionary distribution and retail, distributors, non-durable goods distribution, alcoholic beverage and tobacco distribution, tobacco distribution, consumer staples, food, beverage and tobacco, tobacco, cigarettes and nicotine sectors. The fund uses derivatives such as options and swaps to create its portfolio. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. For its fixed income portion, the fund invests directly and through other funds in U.S. Government securities, short term bond and corporate debt securities.
