It invests in fixed income markets of global region. The fund invests in U.S. dollar-denominated high yield corporate bonds with a minimum rating of CCC and a maximum rating of BB+ or Ba1, as assigned by S&P, Fitch, or Moody’s. It invests in securities that will mature on or about December 15, 2034. The fund seeks to track the performance of the Invesco BulletShares USD High Yield Corporate Bond 2034 Index, by using representative sampling technique.
