Investors should note a temporary adjustment to the management fee structure. The Adviser has committed to partially waive its unitary management fee for this Fund, beginning after the close of business on February 20, 2025, and extending through August 31, 2025. Consequently, the net unitary management fee during this specific timeframe will be 0.25%.
