RWIN completes the Issuers suite of actively managed global equity ETFs that utilize a multifactor approach. This ETF holds stocks of companies located in developed markets outside the US. While the ETF can include companies across all market capitalizations, the strategy focuses on large-cap stocks. To construct the portfolio, the adviser uses a data-driven, quantitative investment approach, leveraging large datasets and LLMs to identify opportunities with attractive risk-adjusted return potential. The models allocate greater portfolio weighting to stocks with higher expected returns. This quantitative process is supplemented by the portfolio managers, who may adjust holdings based on news, liquidity considerations, or other qualitative insights. In certain cases, the ETF may avoid investing in countries where transaction costs outweigh the benefits. Due to its strategy, the ETF may engage in frequent trading as it seeks to capitalize on new opportunities and evolving market trends.
