Manage your subscription

Stock Taper Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel anytime — the place you cancel depends on where you signed up.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Stock Taper, then Cancel Subscription.

If you subscribed on the web

Sign in to stocktaper.com, open Settings → Subscription, and click Manage Plan. You'll be sent to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel or update your billing.

Canceling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Common questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of Stock Taper Pro. Cancel before day 8 and you won't be charged.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for iPhone-app subscriptions are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscriptions, email us and we'll review it.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap or click Forgot password?. We'll send a reset link to your email.

I signed in with Apple or Google, can I switch to email + password?

Not directly. Each account is tied to the provider it was created with. If you'd like to change, email us and we'll help you move things over.

How do I delete my account?

In the iPhone app: Settings → Account & Profile → Delete Account. On the web: Settings → Account. Deletion removes your profile, watchlist, and comparison history; it can't be undone.

Where does the data come from?

Financial statements, analyst ratings, insider filings, and congressional disclosures are sourced from public filings and aggregated by financial data providers. We refresh continuously throughout the trading day.
