The ETF seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Morningstar US Capital Allocation Leaders Index. It invests in US-listed companies that Morningstar determines exhibit strong capital allocation practices, based on an assessment of balance sheet strength, investment efficacy, and shareholder distributions. The fund is passively managed and tracks a float-adjusted, market-cap-weighted index.
