The First Trust SMID Growth Strength ETF (the "Fund") aims to deliver investment performance that broadly matches the price movements and income generation (before accounting for the Fund's own fees and expenses) of an equity benchmark, specifically The SMID Growth Strength Index (the "Index"). Ordinarily, the Fund will allocate a minimum of 80% of its net assets (which may include funds borrowed for investment purposes) to the securities that constitute this Index.
