ABOUT THIS FUND
LOHA targets Heavy Asset, Low Obsolescence (HALO) stocks, believed to be resilient against AI disruption due to their tangible, hard-to-replicate physical infrastructure and entrenched operating footprints. The fund tracks an index of US-listed companies of any market cap, spanning sectors such as machinery, railroads, and energy infrastructure. Stocks must pass the HALO Qualification Test, which evaluates sectors and revenues from physical goods production, infrastructure networks, physical services, brand-anchored commerce, and tangible asset leasing. Companies are then assessed for overall fitness: AI displacement immunity, generational moat durability, physical value anchoring, and non-physical revenue dilution. The fund then filters companies with extreme valuations, weak cash generation, or excessive leverage, ultimately narrowing the portfolio to 100 equally weighted holdings. The fund may engage in securities lending. The index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly.
