PJUS invests in US equities identified through proprietary fundamental research. The strategy combines insights from PGIM Jennisons investment teams with a quantitative portfolio construction process designed to manage risk exposures relative to the Russell 1000 Index. Security selection is driven by factors such as growth potential, valuation, fundamental risks, and overall portfolio fit, with position sizes reflecting the managers conviction level. The fund may invest across market capitalizations and can allocate a portion of assets to non-US issuers. Unlike index-tracking strategies, PJUS actively adjusts portfolio holdings and may increase trading activity during periods of market volatility in an effort to preserve gains or limit losses.
