ABOUT THIS FUND
The CYBER HORNET S&P 500 and Ethereum 75/25 Strategy ETF (EEE) employs a hybrid investment strategy, distributing its assets between established equity markets and the cryptocurrency Ether (ETH). About three-quarters of the fund's holdings are allocated to large-capitalization American companies, specifically those tracked by the S&P 500 index. The remaining quarter is dedicated to Ether exposure, achieved through either direct ownership via a Cayman Islands-based subsidiary or indirectly through Ether futures contracts and Ethereum Exchange Traded Products (ETPs). It's important to note that the total exposure from futures and ETPs generally does not exceed 10% of the fund's overall assets. Direct Ether assets are kept in secure, offline cold storage facilities. Futures contracts are usually rolled forward during the final week of each month, though this schedule can be adapted in response to prevailing market circumstances. The fund undergoes monthly rebalancing to uphold its 75/25 target allocation. However, the adviser retains the flexibility to rebalance more frequently if there is substantial price volatility in the market. Short-term U.S. government securities are held by the fund to serve as collateral for its futures positions.
