The Fund seeks value by leveraging expected regulatory reforms, aiming to buffer against increased regulatory burdens. The selection process evaluates companies poised for deregulation benefits, focusing on their adaptability, strategies, and competitive positioning within industries. The portfolio generally consists of 25-50 positions, investing at least 80% in deregulation beneficiaries.
