This Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) is actively managed, employing a quality growth investment strategy to achieve its objectives. It builds a concentrated portfolio by acquiring common stock in top-tier U.S. companies. Furthermore, it invests in common shares and depositary receipts of exceptional businesses headquartered in various international markets worldwide. Typically, the fund diversifies its capital across at least three different nations. Under standard market conditions, a minimum of 40% of its assets will be allocated to non-U.S. investments; however, this minimum threshold may be adjusted to 30% if market circumstances are deemed less favorable.
