TSNF is a passively managed Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) designed to track, prior to fees and expenses, the performance of a specific benchmark. This benchmark comprises US-listed firms recognized as leaders in technological and industrial innovation. Its focus spans diverse sectors such as artificial intelligence, bioproduction, digital and cell tower infrastructure, quantum computing, semiconductors, nuclear energy, and the commercial space industry. The underlying index assigns equal weighting to its constituent companies. It also incorporates safeguards, including limits on exposure to businesses consistently generating negative operating cash flow. Furthermore, certain enterprises are excluded to enhance diversification and maintain ideological neutrality. TSNF primarily invests directly in the index's components, holding them in proportionate amounts. For purposes of liquidity or efficient portfolio management, the ETF retains the flexibility to utilize cash equivalents or derivative instruments.
